Expedia Group in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to lead top affiliate partnerships across the Middle East and Africa. You will manage a portfolio of about 40 accounts, drive revenue and implement strategic initiatives.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, senior relationship management with C‑level partners, and the ability to coordinate across product, marketing, and tech teams to optimise APIs and solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Senior account management experience with C-level exposure is preferred.
• Experience selling internet or high-end technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~40 accounts in the Middle East and Africa, including OTAs and travel wholesalers.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive revenue, strategy, and focus.
• Lead end-to-end partner relationships with cross-functional teams (commercial, product, CS, tech, marketing, finance).
• Conduct annual face-to-face executive meetings to strengthen senior-level relationships.
• Manage product lines including budget, forecast, performance and strategy; project revenues and earnings; prepare monthly status reports.
• Develop marketing strategies for partners based on their needs and leverage new technologies and product lines.
• Advise on technical integration and API opportunities, coordinating with internal tech teams.
• Analyze industry trends and educate partners on sales, bookings, costs, seasonality, and competition.
• Provide strategic feedback to improve sales and negotiate/extend contracts with top partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality and sell customised solutions.
