Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a Strategic Transformation Projects Leader to drive end-to-end definition, mobilization and delivery of priority initiatives across the Gulf Cluster. You will translate priorities into executable programs, align stakeholders, build business cases and operating models, and ensure measurable growth and capability outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor degree (engineering, business, economics) and up to 10 years of experience in strategy and transformation, with

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering, business, economics or a related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Typically up to 10 years of experience in strategy and transformation.
Experience in Make In emirates, industrial partnerships or supply-chain development is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the portfolio of selected cross-business strategic projects from opportunity framing to benefits realization.
Translate strategic initiatives into project charters, roadmaps and milestones.
Lead assessments covering market demand, product scope, supply chain and regulatory requirements.
Develop and recommend business models such as local assembly or partnerships.
Establish robust program governance with steering committees and executive reporting.
Ensure projects transition to business-as-usual with defined processes and KPIs.
