Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a Strategic Transformation Projects Leader to drive end-to-end definition, mobilization and delivery of priority strategic initiatives across the Gulf Cluster. You will convert priorities into executable programs, align global and local stakeholders, and ensure disciplined delivery of measurable growth, customer and capability outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering, business, economics or related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
Typically up to 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or related fields.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder strategic projects with measurable outcomes.
Strong financial acumen including business-case development and investment evaluation.

Responsibilities

Own the portfolio of cross-business strategic projects from framing to realization.
Translate initiatives into charters, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Lead strategic initiative assessments including market demand and incentives.
Develop and recommend business models like local assembly/manufacturing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to build implementation-ready plans.
Create value cases quantifying revenue potential and investments.
Establish robust program governance and executive reporting.
