Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE is seeking a highly motivated MEA Digital Business Partner to drive digital transformation across the Middle East and Africa. You will act as the interface between business stakeholders and Schneider Digital, ensuring solutions align with priorities and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, Business Partnering, or Project Management.
• Experience with digital transformation, business analysis, IT consulting, or project management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise digital solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital project delivery is an advantage.
• Experience with AI initiatives or digital adoption programs is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on Schneider Digital topics across the MEA Zone.
• Translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions.
• Drive deployment and adoption of digital transformation and AI initiatives with measurable value.
• Support business stakeholders in defining digital roadmaps and priorities.
• Coordinate project execution with global and regional Schneider Digital teams.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates within budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate agile decision-making and support continuous improvement.
• Lead service performance reviews and collaborate with internal and external providers.
• Identify opportunities to optimise applications and reduce costs.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams.
