Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a seasoned leader to drive Gulf Commercial & Sales Excellence, improving productivity, governance, and analytics across the Gulf cluster. The role partners with sales leadership to deploy best practices and digital transformation.

You will oversee KPI dashboards, pipeline governance, and monthly performance reviews, while guiding cross-functional collaboration and annual planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Excellence, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Strategy.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Experience managing commercial transformation initiatives, change management
• Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, executive communication
• Experience with CRM, Sales Analytics, AI-enabled sales tools, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Gulf Sales Excellence roadmap and transformation agenda.
• Monitor and improve commercial KPIs, pipeline quality, platforming effectiveness, and sales productivity.
• Lead monthly sales performance reviews with cluster leadership.
• Develop and maintain Sales Excellence dashboards and business reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Govern SIP target setting, accountability matrices, validation processes, and payout readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Finance, HR, Sales Leaders, and Strategy teams.
• Support annual planning, target deployment, and performance tracking activities.
• Lead customer coverage optimization and account ownership governance.
• Drive platforming campaigns, account lifecycle management, and data quality.
• Lead pipeline management and development.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales analytics.
• Champion adoption of Copilot for Sales, Sales Coach, and other digital tools.
• Identify productivity improvements via automation, AI, and digital tools.
• Drive change management, training, and business impact measurement.
