Qualifications

• Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and organisational change.
• Strong strategic, commercial, financial, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with CEOs, C-suite, and senior leadership teams.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, AI, and data-driven improvement.
