Job summary

HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting in Dubai seeks a dynamic professional to support growth and smooth operation of our training and academy programs. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and manage day-to-day academy activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Admin or related field and proven experience in business development within training environments. Strong communication, coordination, and CRM proficiency are essential to deliver excellent learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development and operations within a training institute, academy, or corporate training environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and support revenue growth.
• Experience coordinating training programs, trainers, schedules, and operational activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for training programs and academy services.
• Generate leads, acquire clients, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients and training partners.
• Promote training programs, workshops, and professional development courses.
• Manage day-to-day academy operations, including training schedules, registrations, trainer coordination, and program logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospective clients, and support sales conversions.
• Monitor business development activities, client feedback, and operational performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive learning experience for participants.
