Job summary

HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting in Dubai seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in Payroll, HR Services and EOR solutions. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision makers and close deals through a full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of B2B sales experience, a strong network in the UAE HR market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of proven business development or sales experience in Payroll, HR Services or HR consulting.
• Experience selling to senior decision-makers and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Payroll, HR services, EOR and related HR offerings.
• Generate leads via networking, referrals,LinkedIn and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and finance leaders.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals; maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on UAE HR services market trends and competitor offerings.
