Focus Training Center is a leading UAE-based professional training provider delivering technical, leadership, management, and soft skills. We are seeking a commercially driven Training Manager to expand our training business while ensuring efficient day-to-day management of the training centre.

The role focuses on growing revenue through soft skills, leadership, and corporate training programs, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading market expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in training, learning & development, corporate training sales, or business development.
• Proven experience selling soft skills and professional development training programs.
• Strong network within UAE corporate and government sectors is highly desirable.

We are seeking an energetic and commercially driven Training Manager to lead the expansion of our training business while ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of the training centre.

Role Summary

The Training Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the training centre, with a primary focus on growing revenue through the development and sale of soft skills, leadership, management, and corporate training programs. The successful candidate will build relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, manage training operations, and lead initiatives to expand the center's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and implement strategies to grow training revenue and market share.
• Identify and secure new corporate, government, and private sector clients.
• Promote soft skills, leadership, customer service, communication, HR, and management training programs.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare training proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR departments.
• Develop partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and government entities.

Marketing & Growth

• Work closely with marketing teams to generate leads through digital and traditional channels.
• Develop new training programs based on market demand.
• Increase public course participation and corporate training contracts.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training, learning & development, corporate training sales, or business development.
• Proven experience in selling soft skills and professional development training programs.
• Strong network within UAE corporate and government sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• UAE driving license must.
