HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting in Dubai seeks a senior Business Development leader to drive growth through targeted market segments and a robust client network across Europe, the US, and government-related entities.

You will lead key account management, mentor the BD team, and collaborate with Partners, Service Line Heads, Marketing and Finance to ensure compliant, revenue-focused expansion in the UAE and GCC.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of experience in business development, commercial growth or strategic sales, including senior leadership.
• Strong UAE/GCC experience with an established senior-level business network.
• Solid understanding of professional services sales, pricing, client acquisition and cross-service development.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the firm-wide business development strategy aligned with growth objectives and priority market segments.
• Identify, acquire and grow high-value relationships with European and US multinational companies, family offices, government and government-related entities.
• Build and maintain strong C-suite and board-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Tax Directors and other key decision-makers.
