Job summary

HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sharjah team. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients, sourcing and placing qualified candidates, and expanding client accounts.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a consultancy or staffing agency, and strong skills in client management, negotiation, and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years recruitment experience, preferably with a consultancy or staffing agency.
• Proven track record of placements and revenue targets.
• Strong client management, business development and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment databases, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients across various industries.
• Source, screen, assess, and place qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client accounts.
• Achieve recruitment, placement, and revenue targets.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful, timely closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
