Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and tendering cycle by maintaining CRM records, coordinating proposals and tender documents, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions. The role collaborates across Sales, Finance and Engineering to drive opportunities forward.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or technical sales support, with a strong grasp of ELV/ICT solutions and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, tender coordination or technical sales support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM opportunities and pipeline updates.
• Prepare technical proposals and tender documents.
• Coordinate collection and submission of tender documents from suppliers.
• Support internal reviews, client presentations and project handovers.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and escalate risks.
