Job summary

Tanqeeb Technology Services L. L. C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales & Proposals Coordinator to own the proposal desk, ensuring bids are sharp, compliant and on time across energy, government and commercial sectors.

You will prepare commercial and technical proposals, track tenders, coordinate with technical, procurement and QHSE teams, and maintain content libraries while supporting prequalification processes. UAE experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales coordination, tendering, estimation or bid support role.
• Strong written English and a good eye for document presentation.
• Confident with Excel, Word and PDF tools; able to meet tight submission deadlines.
• Organised, detail-driven and able to chase multiple stakeholders without dropping threads.
• UAE experience preferred; familiarity with ADNOC, government or large-client tender processes is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format and submit commercial and technical proposals, quotations and tender documents.
• Track tender portals and client RFQs/RFPs, log deadlines and manage the submission calendar.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement and QHSE teams to gather costings, datasheets, method statements and compliance documents.
• Maintain a library of company profiles, certificates, past-project references and reusable proposal content.
• Build and maintain the sales pipeline, follow up on submitted quotes and report on win/loss outcomes.
• Support client registrations and prequalification submissions.
• Keep pricing sheets, BOQs and margin calculations accurate and version-controlled.
