Job summary

Dezigntechnic is seeking a Junior Bid Coordinator to support its business development and tendering activities across the UAE, KSA and regional markets. You will coordinate RFPs and RFQs, work with estimation and technical teams to gather inputs, and ensure all tender requirements and deadlines are met.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple submissions with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in bid/coordinator roles or similar
• Experience with RFPs/RFQs and tender submissions
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFPs/RFQs and identify submission requirements, scope, deadlines and documentation
• Coordinate with estimation, technical and management teams to gather inputs for proposals
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid submissions per client requirements and Dezigntechnic standards
• Maintain bid trackers and ensure timely submissions, clarifications, and follow-ups
• Issue clarification requests to clients/consultants and track responses
• Coordinate preparation of company profiles, references, CVs, methodology and compliance documents
• Support BAFOs, revised proposals and commercial clarifications
• Maintain records of all proposals and tender documentation
• Update internal reports on RFPs, bids submitted and follow-up status
• Coordinate with teams to avoid missed deadlines and flag delays early
• Support prequalification submissions and vendor registrations as needed
• Assist Business Development with market research on opportunities
