Job summary

ACUBE INFOTECH in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations, and coordination for security and ELV solutions such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, and turnstiles.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in sales coordination or sales administration within ELV or technology sectors, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. UAE market experience and English fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales administration.
• Experience in ELV or security systems is advantageous.
• Experience in preparing quotations and proposals.

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries quotations sales activities and coordination for security and access-control solutions The ideal candidate will have experience in CCTV access control gate barriers turnstiles automatic gates and other electronic security ELV solutions The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers and internal teams preparing quotations and proposals following up on sales opportunities maintaining sales records and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the sales process 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, ELV, security systems, CCTV, access control, or a related technology industry.Good knowledge of security systems and ELV products is an advantage.Previous experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience using CRM or ERP systems will be an advantage.Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks while meeting deadlines.UAE market experience is preferred.Good English communication skills; additional languages will be an advantage.
