Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a high-impact Sales Architect to lead strategic territory and account plans in the UAE. You will understand customer IT architectures, drive multi-million dollar deals, and coach virtual cross-functional teams to close complex opportunities.

The role emphasizes digital transformation expertise, exceptional negotiation, and executive relationship building, with English and Arabic language fluency. This is a senior, on-site position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Deep knowledge of Cloud Networking, Security and Edge Computing.
Proven success selling complex technology solutions.
Ability to lead virtual cross-functional teams and close large deals.
Strong negotiation and strategic communication skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic also required.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar targets.
Lead proactive and strategic pipeline management.
Understand customers' IT architectures deeply.
Manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously.
Set direction and lead a virtual team to close opportunities.
Act as an authority on digital transformation and articulate strategic value propositions.
Lead complex contract negotiations with customers.
