Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment life cycle within designated divisions. You will partner with business units and HRBPs to ensure hiring aligns with growth plans and complies with recruitment policy.

You will lead manpower planning, develop hiring plans across brands, source and assess candidates, manage offers, and build extensive market mapping while maintaining timely processes and merit-based decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment/sourcing experience.
• Experience in a large matrix organisation advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle and build a talent pool.
• Develop Hiring Plans per brands to meet budgeted needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess requirements and source candidates.
• Ensure offers align with budgets and HR policies.
• Record activities and ensure merit-based decisions.
