Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple brands. You will source, assess, and hire top talent, coordinating with HR partners and line managers to meet workforce plans and timelines.

The role emphasizes proactive talent pipelining, market intelligence, and structured interviewing to deliver fair, merit-based outcomes aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or candidate sourcing experience.
• In-house talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience in a large matrix organization is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring managers and competing priorities.
• Experience recruiting high-volume, specialist or niche roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and HR Business Partners during manpower planning and recruitment scheduling.
• Contribute to hiring plans for different brands and divisions based on approved workforce requirements.
• Meet with line managers to understand vacancy requirements, role priorities, and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from attraction to onboarding.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines and talent pools for recurring or difficult-to-fill roles.
• Source candidates through career sites, networks, social media, job boards, LinkedIn and headhunting.
• Conduct market mapping to inform compensation trends and candidate availability.
• Advise managers on interviewing and assessment methods for merit-based decisions.
• Coordinate assessment centers and high-volume hiring campaigns when required.
