Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a senior recruitment specialist to attract and secure top mid to senior talent across asset development, asset management and shared services. You will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to set hiring priorities and ensure a fair, compliant process.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment from attraction to offer, proactive sourcing, headhunting, reference checks and structured assessments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, incl. GCC hiring.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related sectors.
• In-house recruitment in a large matrix organisation preferred.
• Executive search background is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to translate workforce plans into hiring priorities.
• Lead discussions to align role requirements, sourcing approaches and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manager to Director roles.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists through proactive sourcing and networks.
• Build talent pipelines, maps and succession plans for hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks and talent availability data.
• Conduct competency-based assessments and support objective selection decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure policy compliance.
