Job summary

Al-Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Recruitment Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the group’s divisions. You will partner with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to align hiring with growth plans, ensuring fair, timely processes in line with policy.

Your responsibilities include manpower planning, hiring plan development, market mapping, and managing offers. You will leverage an ATS (SuccessFactors) and diverse sourcing channels to build strong talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field relevant to HR or business preferred.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment/sourcing experience.
• Experience in a large matrix organisation is advantageous.
• In-house recruitment experience is preferred with ability to manage multiple HRBPs and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or niche roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (attract, source, select, offer).
• Assist manpower planning and schedule hiring plans across brands.
• Interact with business units and line managers to assess requirements and source talent.
• Develop talent pools and market mapping data for campaigns.
• Plan assessment centres/open days and ensure merit-based decisions.
• Use diverse sourcing channels: careers site, social media, job boards, headhunting, LinkedIn.
