Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead mid‑to‑senior level recruitment across Asset Development, Asset Management and Shared Services within the Al‑Futtaim Real Estate group. You will partner with business leaders to define hiring plans, drive sourcing strategies and deliver merit‑based selections.

You will manage end‑to‑end processes for Manager to Director roles, build robust talent pipelines and provide market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of recruitment experience, GCC focus preferred.
Experience in real estate, construction, retail or related sectors.
In‑house recruitment in a large matrix organisation is preferred.
Hands‑on experience using SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring strategies.
Lead discussions to align role requirements, sourcing approaches and timelines.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Manager to Director level roles.
Deliver high‑quality shortlists through proactive sourcing and referrals.
Build talent pipelines, market maps and succession plans.
Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to hiring teams.
Conduct assessments and support objective merit‑based selections.
Plan assessment centres and other selection activities as needed.
Conduct reference checks and manage offer negotiations within policy.
Maintain candidate experience and accurate recruitment data in SAP SuccessFactors.
