Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic people leadership across Corporate Services, supporting Group Finance, Legal, Audit, Procurement, Communications and affiliates.

The role partners with executive management to shape people strategy, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, Emiratisation, reward governance and organizational change, ensuring HC priorities align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• More than 12 years of HR Generalist experience.
• MBA or CIPD qualification preferred.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Proven HR Business Partner experience partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive people strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead organization design and operating model initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders during transformation and organizational change.
• Manage workforce planning and talent reviews.
• Oversee Emiratisation and national talent initiatives.
• Ensure governance of HR policies and reward matters.
