Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).
• Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing external recruitment partners and supporting strategic talent acquisition projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, with a focus on Emirati and expat positions.
• Develop and continually refine talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Collaborate with Head of Departments to ensure recruitment efforts are proactive and effectively address the departmental needs.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessment, selection and feedback, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure hiring activity is delivered in line with recruitment governance and standards.
• Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives.
