Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior talent acquisition professional to lead Emirati talent pipelines, support internal mobility and drive succession planning within an AI-enabled, relationship-driven model.

You will combine human judgment with approved AI tools to identify talent, validate insights and build trusted connections across HSBC and the Emirati community, shaping the future of talent strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications

Graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work permit (attestations/equivalency if degree outside UAE).
Experience in strategic sourcing, talent acquisition, talent management or related field.
Strong relationship-building, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience engaging with senior talent and diverse professional communities.
Understanding of Emiratization and internal mobility.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with Emirati talent, internal colleagues, business leaders and universities.
Develop sustainable pipelines for business-critical roles and priority talent segments.
Support internal mobility by connecting colleagues with relevant roles and opportunities.
Conduct confidential career conversations and identify talent readiness.
Partner on integrated talent strategies with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR.
Use AI tools to support market mapping, talent research and workflow automation.
Validate AI insights, protect confidentiality and keep human judgment central.
Provide talent-market insights and support employer-brand and community engagement.
Maintain accurate talent data and engagement records.
