Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Emirati talent, internal colleagues, business leaders, universities and professional communities.
• Develop sustainable pipelines for business-critical roles and priority talent segments.
• Support internal mobility by connecting colleagues with relevant roles, projects and development opportunities.
• Hold confidential career conversations and identify talent interests, aspirations and readiness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR and business leaders on integrated talent strategies.
• Use approved AI tools to support market mapping, talent research, skills analysis and workflow automation.
• Validate AI-generated insights, protect confidentiality and ensure human judgement remains central to all talent decisions.
• Provide talent-market insights and support employer-brand and community-engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate talent data, engagement plans and relationship records.
