Al Tayer Group in Dubai seeks an experienced recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple divisions. You will source, assess, and onboard talent while partnering with function heads to align manpower plans with business budgets.

The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, and a track record in fast-paced, high-volume hiring. You will leverage Oracle recruitment cloud and social media to attract top candidates and build strong talent pipelines.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across Associate to Senior Management.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Mansioni

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, selection, and onboarding for specific divisions
• Partner with business function heads to drive recruitment strategies and manage manpower budgets
• Determine sourcing strategies and advertise vacancies via Oracle recruitment cloud and social media
• Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and reference checks in compliance with company policy
• Manage recruitment agencies and outsource manpower vendors to ensure timely resource deployment
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ORC) and metrics to report on hiring progress and improve strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and build talent pipelines for critical roles
