Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on sponsorship and space selling experience.
• Experience with international exhibitions and technology events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven, fast-paced mindset.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a holistic sponsorship strategy aligned with expo themes.
• Create customized exhibition space and booth offerings.
• Research prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators to enhance expos.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and tailor sponsorship packages.
• Draft compelling sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like visibility and ROI.
• Collaborate with expo management to activate sponsorship agreements and ensure sponsor ROI.
• Work with Marketing, Events, and PR to harmonize sponsorship initiatives with brand messaging.
• Represent the organization at industry events to nurture sponsor partnerships.
