The role is based in Dubai and focuses on securing sponsors and partners, while ensuring all sales, marketing, and communication activities support the events commercial objectives and audience growth.

This role combines project management, sponsorship sales, and content leadership.

Qualifications

• Sponsorship sales management experience in events.
• Proven ability to secure sponsors and partners.
• Experience coordinating across locations/time zones.
• Strong content creation for sales and sponsor engagement.
• Clear, persuasive value propositions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Collaborates with marketing/communications teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sponsorship strategy for the UK event by year-end.
• Identify and manage relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners regionally and internationally.
• Create tailored sponsorship packages and high-value propositions.
• Lead sponsorship sales negotiations and close agreements.
• Manage sponsor relationships before, during, and after the event.
• Plan sponsorship timelines, deliverables, and budgets from Dubai.
• Coordinate with UK suppliers to integrate sponsor commitments into the program.
• Track progress against targets and report to stakeholders.
• Produce sponsor-facing content and collateral.
• Ensure consistent messaging across channels with Program, Marketing & Communication teams.
• Support campaigns that drive sponsor visibility and audience participation.
