Job summary

BD SELECT seeks a Project Manager to lead the commercial development of a new event taking place in England. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on securing sponsors and partners while aligning sales, marketing, and communications with the event's commercial goals.

The successful candidate will oversee sponsorship sales, content leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across teams and geographies to deliver strong sponsor value propositions and a consistent brand message for audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven sponsorship sales experience within events industry.
• Strong ability to secure sponsors and commercial partners.
• Experience coordinating projects across time zones and locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sponsorship strategy to secure UK event partners by year-end.
• Identify, approach and manage relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners regionally and internationally.
• Create tailored sponsorship packages and high-value propositions aligned with sponsor objectives.
• Lead sponsorship negotiations and close agreements.
• Manage sponsor relationships pre-, during, and post-event to ensure benefits delivery.
• Plan sponsorship timelines, deliverables, and budgets from Dubai office.
• Coordinate with UK-based suppliers to integrate sponsor commitments into the program.
• Produce sales decks, proposals, and commercial collateral for sponsors.
