Job summary

VAP Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sponsorship Manager to lead the full sponsorship lifecycle for our expos. You will develop holistic strategies, tailor exhibitor offerings, and build strategic partnerships with sponsors to elevate event experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
Experience with international exhibitions and shows.
Experience working with Web3 events.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement a holistic sponsorship strategy attracting diverse sponsors and exhibitors.
Create customized offerings for exhibition space and booths per exhibitor requirements.
Research prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators to enrich expos and attendee experience.
Develop relationships with decision-makers and tailor sponsorship packages to meet their marketing goals.
Craft sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like visibility, lead generation, and networking.
Collaborate with expo management to ensure sponsorship activation and ROI.
Coordinate with Marketing, Events, and PR to align sponsorships with overall strategy.
Promote presence at industry events to nurture sponsorship partnerships.
