Amazon Web Services (AWS) Dubai is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to join the Middle East team. You will blend hands-on analytics with operational excellence to support Sales Leaders and their teams with data-driven decisions.

Lead business health initiatives, develop scalable reporting, and optimize sales processes using Excel, Salesforce and BI tools. This role requires senior stakeholder engagement and a proven track record in sales operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures or policies.
• Experience using Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience with Salesforce or BI tools.
