Qualifications

• Willingness to travel.

• Experience with ERP systems, and operations dashboards/tools.
• Experience in FMCG, warehousing, online retail or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations of the assigned sites and propose and deploy improvements.
• Identify useful data from multiple sources and take necessary actions.
• Forecast implications based on current data and trends.
• Be organised, prompt in notifying situations, solve problems and prevent recurrence.
• Serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders with focus on objectives and privacy.
• Train and direct associates for action and conformance of norms and practices.
• Audit sites for conformances and norms.
• Conduct audits based on SOPs and analyze data to improve seller experience.
