Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of relationship management, customer service, account management, and business development principles.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain and develop positive relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer databases, Microsoft Office, and relationship management platforms.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries, applications, documentation, service requests, and follow-up activities.
• Understanding of customer retention, account development, sales opportunities, and performance tracking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, credit, finance, operations, customer service, and other internal teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential customer and business information professionally.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and customer requirements.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in customer engagement, relationship development, business growth, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Relationship Officer to develop strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and support business growth through professional relationship management.
• The Relationship Officer will communicate with customers to understand their requirements, provide relevant information, coordinate account-related services, and respond to customer inquiries.
• The Relationship Manager will manage key customer accounts, strengthen long-term relationships, identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
• You will monitor account performance, conduct regular client reviews, support business development activities, and collaborate with sales, credit, finance, operations, and other teams to achieve objectives.
• Both roles require strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, contributing to retention, service quality, and continuous improvement.
