Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive growth in the Large Corporate and Middle Market segments in the UAE. You will identify and onboard new borrowing corporate relationships, manage propositions across cash management, trade, and other products, and ensure strong client delivery and risk controls.

The role requires deep market insight, stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of banking experience in business development and credit
• 2+ years in UAE in a similar role
• Strong credit analytical skills
• Strong networking and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new-to-bank corporate relationships in Large Corporates and Middle Market segments
• Develop proposition strategy and campaigns with product teams
• Manage client acquisition, service quality, and cross-sell
• Monitor market trends and maintain a disciplined marketing process
• Own the credit process from proposal to approvals and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory and operational policies
• Build a network of introducers in the local business community
