We are partnering with a leading global provider of enterprise software solutions to hire a Customer Relationship Manager to support and grow key banking sector accounts across the UAE and wider GCC region. This is a high-impact client-facing role focused on strengthening long-term partnerships with financial institutions, ensuring successful adoption of complex digital solutions, and driving account growth through strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with banking clients across the region
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders within customer organisations
• Drive account strategy, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
• Work closely with internal delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Identify customer needs and translate them into long-term value-based solutions
• Monitor account health and proactively manage risks and escalations
• Support commercial discussions including renewals and contract negotiations

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or customer relationship roles within banking technology
• Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, or core banking systems
• Track record of managing enterprise-level clients and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• UAE or GCC market experience
