Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in business banking, SME banking, commercial banking, relationship management, or corporate lending.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a clear sales hunting mindset.
• Good understanding of financial statement analysis, lending due diligence, risk assessment, and credit application preparation.

Responsibilities

• Increase the depth and breadth of relationships with existing business banking customers through active portfolio management and regular client engagement.
• Grow sales volumes, market share, and quality business within the assigned corporate and commercial banking segment.
• Improve utilization of approved limits by identifying customer funding needs and supporting effective use of banking facilities.
• Source new borrowing relationships by leveraging existing customer networks, suppliers, buyers, referrals, and market leads.
• Develop and manage the assigned portfolio for corporate and commercial financing with a focus on profitable and sustainable growth.
