Job summary

You will coordinate with product teams, perform credit analyses, manage KYC, and mentor a high-performance team to deliver sustainable revenue growth across the Abu Dhabi market.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: acquire high value NTB clients and grow from existing relationships.
• Understand customer needs and cross-sell bank products to maximize revenue.
• Plan client visits and coordinate with product teams to promote offerings.
• Manage risk: update KYC, assess credit risk, and ensure policy compliance.
• Credit analysis: prepare CA, analyze financials, and seek approvals.
• Portfolio management: renewals, risk monitoring, and profitability optimization.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely information on products and services.
