Responsibilities

• Research and acquire clients through calls, emails, and professional networks.
• Identify potential clients in the labor market.
• Conduct introductory meetings with corporates to secure business.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure service quality.
• Prepare monthly business reports for the general manager.
• Draft job descriptions and contracts in coordination with parties.
• Stay updated on market trends and laws; ensure compliance.
• Follow up with Finance for records and statements.
• Track pending payments and maintain confidentiality.
