Qualifications

• Experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

• Experience in GCC recruitment market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for recruitment services.
• Drive sales through cold calling, emails, networking and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client manpower requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Achieve business development targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends across the GCC region.
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Be self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
