Qualifications

• 6–8 years of UAE recruitment or HR services experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify premium UAE companies with current or anticipated workforce needs.
• Generate leads via direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new client accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships and repeat business.
