Job summary

Element is seeking a Business Development Associate with deep UAE recruitment staffing experience. You will own the end-to-end business development cycle, from identifying high-value prospects and generating leads to pitching solutions, negotiating terms, securing new accounts, and developing repeat business.

The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach and a proven ability to build relationships across an international business community.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant business development experience in UAE recruitment staffing or HR services.
• Experience acquiring new clients, generating revenue, negotiating commercial agreements, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target premium UAE companies with current or anticipated workforce needs.
• Develop opportunities across sectors including professional services, financial services, technology, healthcare, energy, retail and other white-collar industries.
• Present tailored workforce solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals with senior stakeholders.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial enquiry to onboarding, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
