Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a leading real estate organization in Dubai. You will coordinate across sales, corporate, and operations, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

You will source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard top talent while partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and maintain an active talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within real estate or property sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, ATS, and interview best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions (sales, corporate, operations).
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract talent via job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
