Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of corporate talent acquisition experience, preferably in real estate, and a HR-related bachelor’s degree with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Craft and post compelling job advertisements.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, assess fit.
• Conduct in-depth interviews focusing on qualifications and cultural fit.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs.
• Promote the company's employer brand across channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and progress reports.
• Coach recruiters and support line managers in candidate selection.
