Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 4+ years in real estate acquisition, leasing, or expansion roles.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with landlords, property consultants, and legal teams.
• Understanding UAE real estate laws, zoning, and regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure strategic real estate locations for noon's verticals, including dark stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and due diligence on prospective properties.
• Negotiate lease terms with property owners and developers to secure favorable deals.
• Manage documentation related to real estate transactions (LOIs, MOUs, lease agreements).
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate partners.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, finance, and project management for smooth handovers.
• Track real estate market trends, price fluctuations, and zoning regulations.
• Monitor lease renewals, expirations, and rent reviews.
• Support expansion plans and market entry proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of real estate assets, contracts, and documentation.
