Sourcet in Abu Dhabi seeks a Real Estate Manager to oversee the company’s property portfolio, including leasing strategy, negotiations, and performance monitoring. You will coordinate with legal advisors and service providers to ensure compliance and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate or property management, deep knowledge of UAE laws, and strong leadership for a diverse portfolio across commercial, residential, and industrial assets. This is an on-site role in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market.

Responsibilities

• Develop leasing and property management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate property acquisitions, leases, renewals, and disposals.
• Manage the company's real estate portfolio, including commercial, residential, or industrial properties.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with legal advisors, consultants, brokers, landlords, tenants, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, zoning requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analyses for real estate projects.
• Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
• Review and approve rental agreements, service contracts, and vendor invoices.
• Manage relationships with tenants and resolve property-related issues.
• Prepare reports on property performance, investments, and market trends for senior management.
• Lead and supervise the real estate team and external service providers.
• Identify opportunities to maximize property value and optimize returns on investment.
