Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and manage real estate sales, leasing, and property operations teams.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
Identify new property investment and business development opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, clients, and partners.
Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Oversee acquisition, leasing, sales, and portfolio management activities.
Review budgets, financial performance, and operational costs.
Negotiate major contracts and property agreements.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Prepare management reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Mentor and develop team members to achieve objectives.
