Job summary

Azadea Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Real Estate Specialist to lead expansion initiatives and manage real estate processes for all stores, offices and warehouses.

You will evaluate opportunities, prepare detailed presentations for the Country Manager, develop market maps, maintain lease tenancy schedules, and coordinate with landlords, agents and internal teams to secure approvals and align terms with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar field.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities and prepare presentations for Country Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local landlords and agents.
• Manage the SVR process; collect commercial details and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals.
• Develop and maintain Lease Tenancy Schedule for all stores/offices/warehouses.
• Establish a competitor market map to aid expansion planning.
• Assist in scouting prime locations and coordinate with landlords/agents.
