Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve targeted occupancy and expansion goals.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify high-potential retail locations and trends.
• Lead lease negotiations with landlords and developers to secure favorable terms.

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property management teams.
• Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and lease profitability analysis.

• Prepare performance reports, track KPIs, and recommend strategic improvements.
