Job summary

Nawy UAE seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to own and expand its commercial partner network across developers, brokerages, mortgage providers and referral partners.

You will turn introductions into working partnerships through clear agreements, trained teams, reliable handoffs and measurable account performance. Three years of UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred, with broad cross-functional coordination across Legal, Licensing, Product, Data and Operations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience in relationship management, partnerships or key accounts.
• Credibility with developers, brokerages, mortgage providers or related partners is preferred.
• Evidence of moving a relationship from meeting to operation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a pipeline of developers, brokerages, mortgage providers and referral partners with clear next steps and commercial potential.
• Lead day-to-day relationship development and account planning from outreach to follow-up.
• Coordinate commercial terms and agreement execution with leadership and legal teams.
• Own partner onboarding from agreement to operational readiness, including training and CRM routing.
• Maintain stakeholder CRM, meeting briefs and action logs to ensure visibility of progress and blockers.
• Coordinate inventory and data-feed activation with Product, Data and Operations.
• Manage active accounts with regular performance reviews and growth plans.
• Report progress and decisions weekly, distinguishing active partnerships from informal discussions.
