Job summary

AECOM in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to drive the pursuit of new business opportunities. You will manage the complete proposal lifecycle from client inquiry to final submission, coordinating with business development, operations, and technical teams to craft compelling, compliant proposals that showcase our capabilities and win work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Minimum four years of proposal support or bid management experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in proposal and presentation writing, editing, and production.
• Strong knowledge of marketing best practices, RFQ/RFP response processes, and proposal management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support responses to client RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs using standardized pursuit processes for schedule and bid compliance.
• Coordinate proposal content, templates, and production timelines while guiding document design.
